The VOICE Refugee forum möchte den Fall von Gaston Ebua gegen die Stadt Darmstadt/ Deutschland über seine Wohnsitzauflage ankündigen Dieser Fall basiert auf einer kontroversen Wohnsitzauflage in Deutschland für international anerkannte, staatenlose Personen und Flüchtlinge im Besitz eines UN-Reisedokumentes unter der Konvention vom 28. Juli 1951. Nach mehr als zwei Jahren rechtlicher Diskriminierung und administrativer Widersprüche wurde die Verhandlung für diesen Fall angekündigt. Gaston Ebua kümmert sich gegenwärtig um die Koordination der Antirepressionsgesellschaft der Roehampton Universität in London. Sein Wohnsitz ist auf die Stadt Darmstadt eingeschränkt, während er selbst in Berlin offiziell gemeldet ist. Abgesehen davon, dass er mehrmals nach Deutschland fahren musste, um seinen Status zu regeln, während er in London wohnt (sechs Mal seit September 2004), hatte er auch mit anderen Problemen zu kämpfen. This is following a controversal Residential Restriction Order in Germany for Internationally recognised Stateless persons and Refugees in possession of a UN Travel Document according to the Treaty of 28 July 1951. After more than 2 years of legal discrimination and Administrative controversies, the case has been announce for a hearing. Since 2003 he has been struggling with plans to undertake a study programme in Human Rights at the University of Roehampton London U.K.. He has had to face serious administrative problems caused or arising from this restriction of residence in Germany. Aside from being required to make serveral tripes to Germany to register and to confirm his status while in London( 6 times since September 2004 to deal with this issue), he has had to deal with other problems.
